Where does MemoMaster help?
MemoMaster administers descriptions, non-fictional texts, useful directions, protocols, model texts, verdicts, addresses, text blocks, pictures, recipes, tables, forms, links and files. These texts are saved structured and become available for several users.
Special features
Special features are the creation of forms and data masks, the spreading of various models, the creation of Memos from texts of the clipboard as well as the transfer of Memo or whole folder content in a Microsoft Word, Excel or PDF file, where table of contents and page numbers are included..

Effective research tools
The integrated full-text search function allows to perform targeted research; whereas every entry can be retrieved easily.
Support of Acrobat Reader format
MemoMaster also imports texts from PDF files or creates PDF documents - if desired including password and access protection.

Developers can create Code-Snipes libraries, including syntax highlighting of major programming languages.
Calculations and functions
In addition to the classic word processing, calculations may be created and enhanced with Excel functions.

User and rights management
Individual Memos and whole folder structures may be tagged with access rights. Further, limitations, such as e.g. export or a drag'n drop blocker are possible.
Expiration date for out of date files
Memos can be equipped with an expiration date. This is to ensure that your data remains current and well-arranged.
Icons and categories
Memos and folders can be moved, sorted, highlighted within the tree structure or be tagged with icons.
Hyperlink function
Information can be linked per hyperlink. Text passages may also be linked individually.
Screen capturing function
Text passages and screen clippings can be transferred easily.
Secure 128Bit AES encryption
Archived files are compressed and filed via 128Bit AES encryption. Access may be limited to individual users or teams.
Online access wherever you are
Memo databases can be administered wherever you are. Free cloud services, such as e.g. DropBox are supported.
Navigation bar with anchor function
To quickly access information that is spread over several Memos, these Memos can be anchored together as a register.
Take data with you
Memos can be administered via USB. Later, edited Memos can easily be transferred to the central database via drag'n drop.
Support of Microsoft Office
Memos are Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook compatible. Import and Export is supported.
Available on your desktop
If desired, MemoMaster can be available for users via a tray symbol on the desktop.
Always up-to-date
MemoMaster searches for updates automatically if desired and performs these automatically.
